What type of items can be removed from my credit report?
All inaccurate, unverifiable, erroneous, and outdated information can be removed from your credit report. In certain instances, negotiations for collection accounts can be made with the ultimate goal of removing the negative item from the report as well.
How long does the credit restoration process take?
The answer to this question depends on how many negative items a credit report has. The agencies have 30 days to respond to any request/disputes sent to them. Moreover, disputes are limited to 3-4 per bureau per month. Therefore, as you can imagine, a credit report with numerous negative items can take upwards of 6 months to effectively be restored.
What if I’m not satisfied with the results?
The communication process is one of our top priorities. During our initial interview, we confirm our clients completely understand the process of what can and cannot be removed from their credit report. Dissatisfaction usually stems from lack of communication and unpleasant surprises. Therefore, by executing full transparency, we are able to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with our services.
Can deleted items reappear on my credit report?
Deleted items that are later verified will eventually reappear on your credit report. However, the Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that the credit reporting agency notify you prior to re-reporting a previously deleted item. This is why it is important that the client clearly understands what can and cannot be removed from a consumer credit report.
How much does credit restoration cost?
The main thing to remember when it comes to pricing is that not all credit repair companies are created equally. Some may be larger than others, but that doesn’t mean they are more effective or knowledgeable than the smaller ones. In fact, sometimes dealing with a bigger company creates a huge disadvantage to the consumer. Customer service is usually compromised due to the high volume of calls received by these types of companies. Superior Choice Credit Restoration has credit consultants that are always ready to take your call, without long hold times. Moreover, our pricing doesn’t come in levels. Every client receives the same high-level service and features with any of our 3 pricing plans. See our Pricing page for more details.

How does the dispute process work?
Once a client runs their own credit report, we will audit it for any inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. If it is determined that the report has such information, we will proceed to write dispute letters on the client’s behalf, giving the reporting agencies specific instruction on said account(s). Depending on the situation, we will ask that they either verify, correct, or delete the information that is being reported. The agency will then have 30 days upon receipt of your request to respond to it.
